Career
Tammy brings over 20 years of experience as both a teacher and administrator in K–12 and higher education. Whether teaching math, biology, or social studies, she is deeply committed to student-centered learning and creating meaningful educational experiences. She joined BYU in 2021 and has served in several roles, including Senior Instructional Designer, Design Team Lead, and currently as a Teaching and Learning Consultant. Prior to BYU, she led online and blended learning programs in Michigan and Indiana, taught in multiple higher education Math and Science departments, and enjoyed coaching Cross Country and Track.
Tammy loves spending time with her husband of 29 years, walking and running on Provo’s beautiful trails, and traveling to visit their four children and three grandchildren.
