Melissa has over 15 years of UX design experience, 10 of those with the Center for Teaching & Learning here at BYU. She loves the challenge of designing with the user in mind and enhancing teaching and learning across campus by continuously improving instructor and student interfaces. Melissa also enjoys mentoring student employees who assist in these goals and extolling the virtues of working in the UX Design field.
