Joshua began work as an educational entrepreneur during high school teaching private music lessons to junior high students. His other professional experiences include stints in corporate training & development and at three universities in a variety of roles, including: director of learning design & development, online learning researcher, teaching & curriculum consultant, instructor, project manager, and instructional designer.
