Qualtrics Survey Tool

Qualtrics, a major provider of survey software, has donated a multi-year license to BYU faculty, students, and staff. This license can be used to produce education-related online surveys. According to Qualtrics it is “Easy enough for an intern…Sophisticated enough for a Ph.D.”

For general BYU use, please contact Larry Seawright at the Center for Teaching & Learning. His email address for this is byu.qualtrics@byu.edu. As this is grant software, all usage questions must go through Larry, the administrative contact.

To immediately access Qualtrics, you can sign up for a student trial account by clicking on this link.

Later, you can convert the account to a regular faculty, student, or staff account by contacting Larry.

Remember, you can also do simple anonymous surveys of your students in Blackboard using the Survey tool.
