Invertebrate Identification

The Invertebrate Identification program helps Biology students learn to identify invertebrates. This CD-ROM aids students in recognizing invertebrates based on their physical characteristics.

The encyclopedia contains animations and images, which provide as visual representation of several invertebrates and their physical features. At each step of the identification process, students are prompted to compare specific features of invertebrates, and then distinguish which features belong to the various species.
